ServiceNow Technical Architect – ITAM

Contract-Remote

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to be focused in ITAM, both SAM & HAM. Helping to create the roadmap and ITAM solutions for key clients across Canada.

What will you be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with clients, leadership and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
  • Utilize your knowledge & work projects focused on ITAM, while also working broadly across the board
  • Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
  • Work on SAM Pro & HAM Pro implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
  • CSDM alignment to ensure all Assets support ITOM health
  • Lead the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience:

  • Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience
  • Consultancy experience
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience minimum
  • ServiceNow certifications desirable – CSA, CAD, CIS etc…
  • ServiceNow modular experience across ITAM – REQUIRED
  • ServiceNow CIS-SAM &/OR CIS-HAM – DESIRABLE
