This dynamic position is located in Newmarket and involves:

  • Scheduling and conducting interviews from entry level to skilled positions
  • Recruiting, interviewing, placing and motivating employees in a wide variety of industrial and administrative positions throughout the York Simcoe area
  • Developing relationships with client companies to ensure that staffing needs are met and expectations succeed
  • Payroll data entry and reporting for our clients

COMPENSATION:

Salary offered is dependent on transferable skills/experience: this is not an hourly position. Benefits include: a competitive bonus plan based on branch performance, medical benefit plan, paid mileage, paid training, monthly wellness bonus, personal internet service reimbursement, and much more!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN for at least 1 year
  • Customer Service or Staffing Industry experience
  • Payroll experience is an asset
  • An upbeat, positive and energetic attitude.
  • Must have your own transportation (car)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills
