We have 44 locations across the country and are growing every year…with us, you will find not only a job, but a career. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Fleet team.
Based in Greater Vancouver area, the Business Development Manager is responsible for creating and managing customer accounts with fleet customers in the assigned business region. The Business Development Manager maintains strong customer relationships by problem solving, providing knowledge and assistance and making regular visits to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Visit new and existing Fleet customers at their place of business
- Ability to learn main product lines quickly
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Knowledge and use of CRM system
- Provide quotes and consult with new and existing customers on their fleet upfit needs
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Ensure consistent, ongoing communication with the stores within your region
- Complete and submit weekly sales activity reports
- Attend and participate in trade shows
- Travel as required regularly within BC, as well as other areas of the country on occasion
Qualifications
- Minimum College Diploma (or equivalent), preferably in sales or automotive
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience
- Minimum 3 years experience for the automotive industry
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills

Compensation:
$65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
