Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and practice area, responsibilities may include:

• Conducting client consultations and developing legal strategies

• Managing client files from intake to final decision

• Preparing immigration applications and submission packages

• Drafting persuasive legal submissions and written advocacy

• Conducting legal research and policy analysis

• Appearing before courts and tribunals where appropriate

• Collaborating closely with lawyers and support staff

• Delivering exceptional client care and practical legal solutions

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a lawyer who:

• Has a strong interest or experience in Canadian immigration law

• Is an excellent writer and communicator

• Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Is detail-oriented and proactive

• Cares deeply about client outcomes and advocacy

• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively

Ontario Call required.

Immigration law experience is considered a strong asset.
