About RedCompass Labs

At RedCompass Labs, we believe there are only two types of payments: good and bad. We enable the good payments and help stop the bad ones.

We are global experts in payments modernization, using the latest applied AI, and deep payments expertise to deliver end-to-end payment transformation projects. Our solutions help clients accelerate their payments modernization programs while reducing costs and regulatory risk.

The RedFlag Accelerator sets the industry standard for detecting human trafficking related crime, assisting both financial institutions and law enforcement. Using a persona-oriented approach, it identifies the actors behind transactions, including victims, money-laundering professionals, perpetrators, and others. By combining AI, the latest red flags, crime models, and OSINT data, our system helps detects crimes across labour, sex trafficking and child sexual exploitation.

With offices in London, Warsaw, Brussels, Miami, Toronto, and Pune, we support clients worldwide. To learn more about RedCompass Labs and our services, visit www.redcompasslabs.com.

About the Role

The Project manager role at RedCompass requires a strong focus on quality delivery, predictable outcomes, and meeting deadlines. This role is suited to someone who plans thoroughly, anticipates risks early, and actively tracks progress against scope, time, and budget. Project managers are expected to identify issues before they escalate and take ownership of resolving them.

Successful candidates are adaptable and able to work effectively within different client cultures. They can multitask across initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly and proactively, and keep stakeholders informed at all times. They are comfortable operating “in the weeds” , building plans, managing dependencies, tracking risks, and maintaining delivery momentum , while also stepping back to guide teams toward the broader objective.

A critical capability for this role is the ability to level communication appropriately for different audiences. Project managers can confidently run weekly delivery meetings with client teams, translating complex detail into clear, actionable updates. They are equally capable of raising their communication style for senior stakeholders, presenting at Steering Committees in a succinct, articulate, and well-positioned manner. They know how to frame progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations so executives can quickly understand what matters and act with confidence

RedCompass is seeking both emerging and experienced Project managerers. While they possess the core technical capabilities of a traditional project manager, their value lies in execution and problem-solving. Project managers at RedCompass get things done. They foresee challenges, make informed decisions under uncertainty, and lead teams and clients through complexity and change.

Project managers are resilient and outcome-focused. They take ownership for delivering change on time, within scope, and within budget. They act as project managers, trusted advisors, team leaders, and problem solvers – often simultaneously. They know when to dive deep to fully understand an issue and when to make timely decisions with imperfect information.

Above all, Project managers at RedCompass are strong communicators, forward-thinking planners, and committed delivery leaders. They lead with empathy and clarity, maintain accountability, and remain relentlessly focused on achieving results.
