Health Safety Representative (Contract ongoing ) – Mississauga | $60,000–$65,000

We’re hiring a hands-on Site Safety Representative for an ongoing construction project in Mississauga. This is a field and office based role — you must have real construction site experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Run daily pre-shift inspections (PSIs) and safety briefings
  • Enforce safety compliance across a multi-trade job site
  • Conduct site inspections and correct unsafe conditions
  • Support planning for high-risk work (working at heights, installations, etc.)
  • Deliver toolbox talks and track attendance
  • Maintain and submit weekly safety documentation to the GC

What You Need

  • 1–2 years construction safety experience (must-have)
  • Strong knowledge of OHSA (Ontario)
  • Familiar with O. Reg. 213/91 must have
  • Experience working in active, multi-trade environments
  • Able to lead safety processes (PSIs, inspections, briefings)
  • NCSO (IHSA) certified or willing to obtain
