SpiritRx Services is hiring a Pharmacy Manager for our Winnipeg-based team in a 100% local role with a central-fill pharmacy, making a great impact on communities in need!. You’ll have the opportunity to help roll out operational improvements, modernize pharmacy workflows, and make a real impact, all while enjoying a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the daily workflow, including dispensing, clinical checks, and patient service
  • Assign pharmaist roles based on the day’s needs
  • Stay present on the floor and jump in when things get busy or stuck
  • Be the go-to person for workflow or clinical questions during the shift
  • Run quick huddles to keep everyone aligned and flad issues early
  • Spot inefficiencies and make practical changes to improve workflows
