Lead the Delta School Districts international student health and wellness initiatives. Manage safeguarding, emergency response, and support systems, ensuring holistic care for diverse student needs.<br/><br/>As the Manager of Student Health, Wellness & Special Programs, you will provide strategic oversight within the International Programs Leadership Team. Your role encompasses promoting student wellbeing, managing health crises, and coordinating social-emotional support. You will work closely with schools, homestay families, and health providers to enhance the student experience and wellbeing.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health and wellness processes for international students
• Coordinate responses to health concerns and emergencies
• Support teamwork with schools and families for student needs
• Monitor wellness trends to guide program improvement
• Develop training materials for students and families<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years in student support or health services
• Expertise in mental health and safeguarding
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle<br/><br/>Strengthen support systems and improve international student experiences through dedicated management and responsive care.
