What You’ll Do
As a key member of the [Department] team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world.
In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Product PMO by coordinating communications, calendars, meetings, documentation, records, and workflows. This role supports the PMO team through timely follow-up, accurate data and file management, handling of shared requests, organization of projects and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide administrative support using cloud-based tools and virtual communication platforms
- Manage and respond to emails, chat messages, and virtual inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare, edit, and format digital documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure accurate and organized record-keeping in shared drives or document management systems
- Update and manage calendars, task lists, and workflows using project management tools
- Assist with data entry, database updates, and information tracking
- Support Product PMO team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and special projects
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of administrative deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email, messaging platforms, and video calls
What You Bring
You bring curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to do meaningful work. You may bring experience in
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional email, messaging, and virtual stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital tools for preparing, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Ability to use cloud-based platforms, shared drives, and document management systems effectively
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage calendars, priorities, deadlines, and multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and tracking of information
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Compensation
Jamieson Wellness offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. This includes base pay, eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program, and a comprehensive benefits offering.
For this role, the posting range is “$38,800 – $58,200”, which reflects the full salary range of the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, role scope, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
