This role requires expertise in warehouse tasks and team management, involving hands-on responsibilities and mentorship. You will ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily manpower and work assignments
• Provide coaching and support to team members
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Complete non-conformance reports and manage returns<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Forklift license with 5 years of experience
• RF experience for 3 years
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills<br/><br/>Lead hands-on projects with Eaton, ensuring productivity and safety in your warehouse operations.
