• Lead recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
• Guide project teams for safety and quality goals
• Manage construction logistics and execution plans
• Chair superintendents’ meetings to drive improvements
• Oversee procurement and material management processes<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 15+ years in construction management
• Experience with projects exceeding $100 million
• Strong knowledge in labour relations and field management
