Drive revenue growth as the Growth Manager for a successful DTC brand at Amazon and TikTok Shop. This role integrates hands-on execution with the potential for significant impact on profitability.<br/><br/>As the first dedicated growth hire, youll work directly with the founder of a profitable brand centered on functional supplements. This position offers high autonomy and responsibility in driving both Amazons revenue and TikToks demand generation. Utilize your skills to transform ideas into concrete outcomes and aim to double the Amazon business within the first six months.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Own revenue growth strategy for Amazon
• Utilize TikTok to increase brand demand
• Manage agencies and partners across platforms
• Integrate content, conversion, and profit margins

• 2-3 years of Amazon growth experience
