Join a hybrid role in Mississauga as an Application Support Analyst focused on Mainframe technologies and Cobol programming. You will be instrumental in investigating high-priority tickets while providing timely updates to clients. Key skills include proficiency in AS400 Cobol, database analysis, and SQL scripting.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Unitrax unit holder or record keeping system
• Provide technical support to internal and external teams
• Analyze database structures and create SQL queries
• Debug embedded SQL Cobol ILE programs
• Document defect corrections and provide rotation-based on-call support<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 6-8 years experience as Application Support Analyst
• Expertise in Mainframe environments and AS400 Cobol
• Strong communication skills for end-user interaction
• Ability to work shifts and support product releases
