Role Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful execution of multiple ecommerce development projects. Acting as the primary client-facing representative for Bevy, this person will cultivate strong and lasting client relationships by ensuring seamless communication, delivering regular updates, and addressing high-level project needs with professionalism and care. They will also provide leadership and mentorship to internal project managers, ensuring alignment with best practices and company processes.

This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to oversee multiple projects while fostering trust, collaboration, and satisfaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Client Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple projects, developing trust and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a strategic view of client needs and priorities, ensuring projects deliver maximum value.
  • High-Level Project Management: Oversee multiple projects at a high level, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure success.
  • Lead Client Meetings: Lead recurring project calls with customers, providing updates and gathering feedback.
  • Expand Engagement Value to Clients: Identify opportunities to expand project scope and secure or renew retainers, collaborating with internal teams and leadership to drive additional value for clients.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the client within Bevy, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain on track.
  • Resolve Escalated Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
  • Mentor Project Managers: Mentor and guide internal project managers, helping them improve their workflows and adhere to Bevy’s project management standards.
  • Develop Best Practices: Advocate for and contribute to the development of project management best practices, templates, and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and account management, preferably within a digital agency or ecommerce environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at a high level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing meetings and drive follow-ups with internal teams.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members to follow processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify is a strong plus.
