Inventory Associate – Canada
Starting Wage: $16.60/hour<br/><br/>What You Will Do<br/><br/>Count and record inventory with precision<br/><br/>Follow a clear, consistent workflow<br/><br/>Move between inventory locations; stand and walk for extended periods as required<br/><br/>Meet daily performance goals<br/><br/>Team Requirements<br/><br/>Must be at least 18 years of age<br/><br/>Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is desired, but not required; we provide training<br/><br/>Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts<br/><br/>Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools<br/><br/>Strong focus and attention to detail<br/><br/>Reliable attendance with commitment to consistency<br/><br/>Positive, team-oriented attitude<br/><br/>Access to reliable transportation<br/><br/>Benefits<br/><br/>Productivity-based wage increases: up to $1.00/hr in first 3 months, $2.00/hr in first 6 months, $4.00/hr in first 9 months<br/><br/>Referral bonuses: $200 per referral<br/><br/>Paid training and clear expectations<br/><br/>Career growth opportunities<br/><br/>Paid travel and occasional overnight stays possible<br/><br/>Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter (certification may be required)<br/><br/>Supportive leadership and inclusive environment<br/><br/>Working Conditions
