You will bring structure and accountability to branch operations while ensuring alignment between sales and operations. Your focus will be on improving safety, financial discipline, and operational visibility through effective KPI management.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly financial and performance reviews for branches
• Oversee safety meetings and compliance initiatives
• Establish and track operational KPIs organization-wide
• Conduct performance evaluations for operational leaders
• Prepare and present operational reports to leadership<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Senior operations leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing
• Proven multi-site operations management skills
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting expertise
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business or Operations Management<br/><br/>Drive accountability, visibility, and operational improvements to elevate performance across your network.
