Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and a strong work ethic.

Duties

  • Lead a department within Head Office, coordinating services for stores across the country via email, video calls, phone calls, etc.
  • HVAC experience, including ducting
  • Basic working knowledge or hands‑on experience with electrical, plumbing, walk-in freezers and coolers, gas appliances/gas fitting, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with computerized control systems
  • Responsible for handling emergencies or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
  • Ability to conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Asset to have knowledge or experience with commercial ovens & warmers and pizza prep tables

Experience

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit with good manual dexterity
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Positive, approachable, and flexible attitude, including availability for overtime
