Description

The Business Analyst supporting the Visa POD will play a key role in the ongoing evolution, optimization, and support of Visa products and processes. This role focuses on continuous delivery, operational improvements, and enhancement initiatives across the end-to-end card ecosystem.

Working within a cross-functional POD, the BA will collaborate closely with product, technology, operations, risk, and external partners (including Visa and vendors) to ensure efficient delivery of enhancements, and alignment with regulatory and Visa network requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or payments/cards domain.

• Experience supporting Visa credit products in a delivery or operations environment.

• Proven experience working in Agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban).

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with card processors and digital banking integrations preferred.

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) and/or Agile certification (CSM, PSM) considered an asset.
