Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant (Part-Time) – Blue Sky Consulting

Blue Sky Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing team on a part-time basis. We are seeking a highly motivated consultant with strong business process expertise and hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and gather business requirements

• Analyze business processes and design CRM solutions aligned with client needs

• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions

• Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations

• Lead workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions

• Support testing activities, issue resolution, and go-live activities

• Provide strategic guidance and CRM best practices to clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions

• Strong expertise in Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and related modules

• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization

• Consulting experience with multiple client engagements is preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Microsoft certifications are considered an asset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Experience with integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a strong asset
