About the Role
As a Specialist, Digital Performance, you get that performance media is more than pacing and platform tweaks. It’s about building smart, accountable campaigns that actually drive results.
In this role, you’ll help bring digital programs to life across search, ecommerce, social, display, video, and programmatic. You’ll be hands-on in setup, optimization, reporting, and day-to-day campaign management, working closely with planners, strategists, and platform partners to make sure every campaign is built right, runs right, and performs the way it should.
Your Role
· Get to know our clients’ businesses, brands, and what success actually looks like
· Support the planning, setup, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns
· Help pull together the details that keep campaigns moving: trafficking inputs, creative specs, and platform requirements
· Build campaigns with clean structure, strong QA, and the right foundations for measurement
· Manage campaigns across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Trade Desk, etc.
· Understand how tracking, tagging, and reporting work together and where the gaps or limitations may be
· Own pacing and support performance initiatives, and flag issues before they become problems
· Turn campaign results into clear updates, smart optimizations, and useful insights
· Support taxonomy, tagging, and dashboard inputs so reporting is accurate and actionable
· Stay connected with internal teams and partners to keep work moving and expectations clear
· Embrace AI workflow innovations to keep pace with the rate of change within our industry
Your Qualifications
· College diploma or bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience
· 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance or SEM
· Experience with tools such as Skai/Kenshoo, SEMRush, and Google Analytics
· Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and measurement platforms
· Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once

Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 CAD per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
