Operations & Growth Associate

Comply+ is an AI-native RegTech company helping Canadian businesses automate FINTRAC reporting. Our platform helps MSBs, crypto companies, financial services firms, and other reporting entities prepare, review, and submit FINTRAC reports more accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for an ambitious new graduate or early-career operator who wants to work directly with the founder and help build the day-to-day operating system of a fast-growing startup.

You will learn sales, customer success, operations, compliance, AI workflows, and startup execution from the inside. You do not need years of experience. You do need energy, curiosity, strong business judgment, and a bias toward getting things done.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage AI-assisted sales, lead research, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
  • Help prepare for demos, coordinate customer onboarding, and track next steps.
  • Support customer communications, LinkedIn/social media, and basic marketing operations.
  • Build simple trackers, checklists, and workflows so important tasks do not get missed.
  • Take on day-to-day operational and administrative work across Comply+ and related companies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent BComm graduate or early-career business generalist.
  • Organized, ambitious, and willing to work hard in a fast-moving startup.
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable with customers, leads, and business contacts.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and learning new software quickly.
  • Interested in sales, operations, startups, fintech, and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and willing to learn FINTRAC/AML basics.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex.
  • Interest in fintech, crypto, financial services, or regulatory technology.
  • Prior internship, startup, sales, or operations experience.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
