  • 12-month contract with potential extensions
  • Starts part-time (~20 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours after the first 2–3 months
  • Hourly Rate: $80-$90/hr T4A

What they’re looking for:

  • 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
  • Strong hands-on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration
  • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes
