WHAT YOU’LL OWN

✅ Primary leadership of VA Launch — sourcing, vetting (DISC + skills tests), matching, and onboarding VAs for our clients in monthly cohorts

✅ Running client and candidate interviews end-to-end, and coaching agents to hire well

✅ Client success — onboarding, retention, coaching, and replacements

✅ Our internal hiring + HR systems — every internal hire, job scope, and interview runs through you

✅ Team culture, training, events, and energy as we scale

👉 You’ve been a recruiter, worked in a VA agency, trained or onboarded VAs — or been a VA yourself

👉 You understand DISC, personality traits, and how people actually work

👉 Your English is excellent and you light up on camera

👉 You’re AI-fluent (ChatGPT / Claude) and ridiculously organized

👉 You can work with strong overlap to North American hours
