An exciting opportunity has opened for a highly organised and people-focused Workplace Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy corporate office environment.

In this position, you’ll act as a key point of contact for employees, guests, and external vendors while helping to maintain a welcoming, efficient, and well-managed workplace. Alongside overseeing front-of-house activities, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs smoothly and employees have a positive day-to-day experience

Core responsibilities include:

🔧Managing reception and day-to-day office operations

🔧Supporting employee experience initiatives and internal events

🔧Coordinating with vendors, building management, and maintenance teams

🔧Handling workplace requests, onboarding/offboarding, and office administration

🔧Maintaining office standards, meeting spaces, and workplace safety procedures

🔧Assisting with workplace reporting and operational improvements

What they’re looking for:

✔️Experience within workplace operations, office management, facilities, or administration

✔️Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities

✔️Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

✔️Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams

✔️Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace systems is beneficial

✔️Fluent in both English and French

✔️Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
