- 8+ years of experience managing complex digital or I&IT delivery initiatives, preferably within large or highly governed enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across blended teams of internal staff and external vendors.
- Proven ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) environments and Azure DevOps-supported delivery is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, lead delivery discussions, and maintain momentum in complex environments.
Role and responsibilities.
The Project Manager / Project Leader will be accountable for delivering the following outputs in support of assigned enhancements of the OPGT Modernization program:

- Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and issues across assigned workstreams.
- Escalate high impact risks and issues with recommended mitigation strategies in a timely and structured manner.
