Legal Customer Support Specialist Bilingual

Location: Remote role must be physically located in Canada

Are you fully bilingual in English and French with experience in the legal field? This role is ideal for Law Clerks, Paralegals, or professionals with legal support experience who enjoy client-facing work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

In this position, you’ll support clients by handling inbound, warm-transferred communications, assisting with complex inquiries, and interpreting documentation while managing sensitive matters with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role using your own computer.

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients through inbound conversations and complex medical inquiries
  • Review and interpret documentation to provide accurate, personalized guidance
  • Research and resolve issues using internal systems and case files
  • Maintain clear and detailed records of client interactions and findings
  • Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy

What We’re Looking For

  • Legal background (Law Clerk, Paralegal, or similar experience an asset)
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (required)
  • Strong communication, judgment, and active listening skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
