Our biggest growth moments happen around high-impact live shows — creator events, luxury drops, seasonal tentpoles — that drive massive traffic spikes, new customer acquisition, and revenue surges.

This is a 12 month contract.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing & Live Campaigns to own both our paid growth engine and the strategic planning of major live-show campaigns that bring customers into the app.

The Role

This is a highly revenue-focused role at the centre of our biggest growth moments.

You will:

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and budget performance
  • Plan and execute large-scale live-show campaigns that drive traffic into the app
  • Build hype, urgency, and repeatable traffic playbooks around tentpole events
  • Turn live shows into scalable acquisition funnels
  • This role blends performance marketing, campaign orchestration, and growth strategy. You are both the architect and the operator.

Responsibilities:

1. Live Show Campaign Strategy

  • Lead campaign strategy for high-impact live shows, creator launches, luxury drops, and seasonal tentpole events
  • Build pre-show, live, and post-show marketing plans designed to: Drive app installs, increase live attendance, maximize first-time purchasers, fuel retargeting pools
  • Develop integrated channel plans across paid, email, SMS, push, organic social, and creator channels
  • Create urgency-driven messaging strategies (limited inventory, exclusivity, luxury access)
  • Build scalable “event marketing” playbooks that can be replicated across top-tier shows

2. Performance Marketing Ownership

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Manage and allocate significant monthly budgets with clear ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns hands-on in-platform
  • Create paid traffic surges ahead of key live events
  • Optimize creative based on event performance data
  • Scale winning ad formats tied to live moments

3. Creative & Ad Strategy for Live Events

  • Produce high-converting ads built around: Creator hype, product exclusivity, countdown urgency, social proof from past shows, turn top-performing live show clips into paid ad assets
  • Develop structured creative testing frameworks (hooks, formats, audiences, offers)

4. Revenue & Budget Accountability

  • Own forecasting and budget allocation across always-on and event-driven spend
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin
  • Evaluate event-level ROI and optimize future campaigns accordingly
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or campaign strategy
  • Proven experience managing paid media budgets with strong ROI accountability
  • Experience running high-impact campaign moments (product launches, drops, flash sales, events, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of TikTok Ads and Google Ads
  • Ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer tech experience preferred
  • Highly analytical with strong intuition for urgency-driven marketing
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation: $80,0000-$100,000 based on experience, including health and dental benefits
