What you’ll need
Mandatory Requirements

Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification

Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis

Prosci Certification
-
ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
-
Experience working with the Allscripts or Altera suite of solutions in a healthcare environment
-
Experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials
Experience
-
10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities
-
5 years’ experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders
-
3 years’ experience in a project management or project lead role developing project scope, project plans, and maintaining a project schedule
-
1 year of experience mapping and analyzing processes for healthcare service delivery in an ITIL environment including performance metrics
-
5 years’ experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials
-
3 years’ experience working with the Allscripts or Altera suite of solutions in a healthcare environment
