What you’ll need

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification

• Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis

• Prosci Certification

• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification

• Experience working with the Allscripts or Altera suite of solutions in a healthcare environment

• Experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials

Experience

• 10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities

• 5 years’ experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders

• 3 years’ experience in a project management or project lead role developing project scope, project plans, and maintaining a project schedule

• 1 year of experience mapping and analyzing processes for healthcare service delivery in an ITIL environment including performance metrics

• 5 years’ experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials

• 3 years’ experience working with the Allscripts or Altera suite of solutions in a healthcare environment
