Take on a strategic role as Regional Controller for Atlantic Canada with flexible hybrid options. Deliver financial accuracy and operational excellence while collaborating with senior leadership.<br/><br/>This position provides a prominent opportunity to guide financial operations across Atlantic Canada. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while serving as a trusted advisor to the Regional Vice President. Your focus will include developing the finance team and engaging operational staff to enhance financial practices.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting
• Lead comprehensive forecasting and budgeting initiatives
• Oversee month-end close activities and detailed variance analysis
• Advise senior leadership on business opportunities and risks
• Conduct financial reviews for significant proposals and tenders<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA desirable
• 5-10 years in Controller or FP&A leadership roles
• Experience in asset-intensive industries preferred
• Proficient in advanced financial software and Microsoft Excel
