This permanent, full-time role in Edmonton focuses on supporting children and youth with disabilities through inclusive care.<br/><br/>In this position, you will provide specialized direct assistance in-home and at the Orange Hub Respite Centre. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related experience working with vulnerable individuals. Your role will emphasize encouraging personal goals, maintaining professional documentation, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Offer specialized, purposeful support in a safe setting
• Facilitate inclusion for individuals with specialized needs
