Project Manager – Ground-Up ICI Projects

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + RRSP + Benefits + Bonus

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ground-up ICI construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong construction professional who can manage schedules, budgets, contracts, trades, consultants, and client expectations from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing institutional, commercial, or industrial builds and understands how to keep complex projects moving while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ground-up ICI projects from planning through completion
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reporting
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and ownership
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, design, and financial expectations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within ICI construction
  • Strong background managing ground-up projects
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
