Descriptio

  • Configure and implement SAP TM solutions across transportation planning, execution, and settlement
  • Design and support Claim Management processes, including
  • Secondary Cost Payable and Receivable handlin
  • Claim creation, tracking, and settlement workflow
  • Develop and configure Cost Distribution Models for accurate allocation of transportation cost
  • Set up and maintain key TM components, including: FBUR (Freight Unit Building Rule), Freight Orders and Forward Freight Orders, Cost Types and Charge Management structures, Rate Tables and Freight Agreements, Freight Settlement Documents (FSD), Service Purchase Orders (Lean Services) Service Entry Sheets (SES) and Customer Billing for Freight service
  • Configure freight charge calculation, settlement, and billing processe
  • Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, MM, SD) for financial and logistics alignmen
  • Support end-to-end transportation lifecycle, from planning to execution and settlement
  • Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) and lead defect resolution
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into TM solution
  • Provide production support and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management
  • Strong experience in Claim Management (payables and receivables) within TM
  • Proven expertise in cost distribution and freight settlement processes
  • Deep understanding of: Freight Order / Forward Freight Order lifecycle, Freight charge calculation and settlement and Billing and financial integration
  • Experience configuring rate determination, agreements, and settlement document
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM (preferred) or embedded TM
  • Some travel to St. John’s NB might be needed
