Must Have
• Experience leading technical teams to perform technical analysis , design, and implementation for entire project lifecycle
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite with respect to Fluid and Classic Plus user interface
RoleOverview
• To provide expertise and leadership in information technology (IT) architecture in a number of the following domains: business, technology, applications, security and/or information and includes enterprise architecture frameworks, strategies, methodologies.
• To manage the planning, design, delivery and implementation of architecture solutions for large scale and complex multi-year I&IT projects required to meet major and critical business requirements of ministry client(s) impacting external stakeholders
• To define, evaluate and lead the development of architecture policies, standards, guidelines and best practices affecting multi-ministry/cluster initiatives.
• Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the technical design and delivery in the project.
• Provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM Technical expertise in leading the design and build of the technical solutions for the OPS PeopleSoft HCM project.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate and prioritize potential issues and provide advice on resolution.
• Suggest opportunities to improve design and build of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities in use.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Comprehensive Experience of Advice and Expertise – (30%)
• Identifies architecture requirements.
• Leads development of architecture solutions for large scale, multi-client/cluster systems development initiatives.
• Includes conceptual, logical and design level architecture.
• Includes business process analysis.
• Includes systems analysis and design.
• Includes purchase, modification and integration of commercial systems.
• Includes systems integration related to cross-ministry/multi-client systems.
• Especially on PeopleSoft.
In-Depth Knowledge of HCM Platform/Application Functional Modules – (30%)
• In-depth knowledge of HCM platform/application functional modules within the enterprise HCM system (e.g. PeopleSoft).
• Related to HR and Payroll processes:

• Absence Management
• Time and Labour
• Experience to provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM Technical expertise.
• Leading the design and build of the technical solutions for the OPS PeopleSoft HCM project.
