Project Manager

Scrum Master / Project Manager – Finance and Compliance | Trading Client | Toronto | Hybrid | Permanent

We are working with a leading trading firm that is looking for a high energy Scrum Master with strong project management experience to run its Finance and Compliance project portfolio. This suits someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and likes bringing structure, clarity and momentum to delivery.

You will:

• Lead Agile delivery for an internal development team

• Run sprint ceremonies and keep delivery focused on outcomes

• Track progress, remove blockers and maintain transparency

• Own the Finance project portfolio and roadmap

• Manage RAID, milestones, governance and senior stakeholder reporting

• Work closely with Finance, Technology, Operations and vendor teams to keep everything aligned

We are looking for someone with:

• 5 to 7 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead with strong project ownership

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and changing priorities

• Excellent communication skills across technical and Finance stakeholders

• Strong organisation and a delivery focused mindset

• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools

• Experience with Finance systems
