About the Job

Search has changed. AI is now one of the first places families go to compare products, ask for

recommendations, and decide what to trust. A parent may search “best family safety app,” read

an AI Overview, ask ChatGPT for a recommendation, and make a decision before they ever

reach our website or App Store listing. Content should do more than rank. It needs to be clear

enough for families, structured enough for AI systems, and useful enough to move people from

discovery to download to adoption.

Reporting to the SEO/AEO Manager, this role will help execute client’s SEO and AEO content

strategy across organic search, AI assistants, App Store surfaces, and owned digital channels

(web/app/Help Center).

What You’ll Do

● Write and refresh SEO/AEO content across clinet’s key growth pillars, including blog

posts, comparison pages, landing pages, FAQ content, and category content.

● Structure content for both humans and AI systems using problem-solution answers,

FAQs, and citation-friendly formatting.

● Support ASO initiatives with App Store and Play Store copy recommendations, keyword

research, screenshot copy, and seasonal refresh ideas.

● Help optimize select Help Center articles for discoverability, indexation, and AI citation

opportunities.

● Partner with SEO/AEO, PMM, Product, Creative, and Support to make sure content is on

brand, supports launches, technical foundations, and business goals.

● Track performance in partnership with the SEO/AEO Manager using GSC, GA4, ASO

tools, keyword rankings, AI visibility tools, and conversion data where available.

What We’re Looking For

● 2–5+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO content, growth content, or a related

editorial role. Bonus points if it’s in consumer tech, apps, subscriptions, parenting,

caregiving, or family audiences.

● You understand the new search landscape. You know what an AI Overview is and how

to write content that earns visibility in AI-generated answers. You’ve worked with

E-E-A-T principles or you learn fast.

● You write well and you write fast. client’s voice is conversational, bold, and real. You

write like a person who knows the audience and wants to be useful to them, not like a

robot generating SEO output.

● You’re analytically comfortable. You’re not a data scientist, but you’re at home in Search

Console, GA4, SEMrush, or similar tools. You can connect content decisions to traffic,

CTR, rankings, and business impact.

● You know how to prioritize. We have four pillars, multiple content calendars, international

opportunities, and a Help Center that needs love. You make smart calls about what

moves the needle.

● You care about building useful, trustworthy content for families, caregivers, and real

people making real safety decisions.

Bonus Skills

● Experience using or training AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for content production or

workflow automation

● Experience with ASO (App Store / Play Store copy and keyword optimization)

● Familiarity with schema markup or structured data

● Experience writing for caregiving, family, parenting, or health audiences

● International content or localization experience
