Your job
Product Leadership
- Function as a Product Owner (PO).
- Collaborate closely with the squads daily to maximize business value.
- Build, manage and prioritize the product backlog (epics, stories) considering risks, costs, compliance requirements, and interdependencies with other sectors.
- Be the voice of users and stakeholders to guide development, continuously enhance, improve the employee experience to drive operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Establish the integration, communication, and change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities.
- Be accountable for commitments (value, costs, timelines, and benefits).
Agile train collaboration
- Inform of progress and priorities and function as a link between the different stakeholders within the ART.
- Prepare the PI by having a detailed product backlog allowing for efficient planning and good predictability in collaboration with delivery teams and solution architects.
- Ensure that cross-team dependencies and risks are identified, managed, and communicated effectively.
- Function as an inspiring leader to help motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment for all stakeholders.
Your team
Within the Wealth Management sector, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and report to the CRM Master product owner. You will work closely with delivery teams and key business partners to drive business growth and deliver quality digital experience for advisors. Our team stands out for its strong collaboration between business and technology teams, as well as its ability to evolve complex platforms in a dynamic and innovative environment
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Product Owner (PO)
- Knowledge and experience to evolve in Agile mode (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience in managing large-scale technology projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Influential leadership and excellent team player
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze, grasp and resolve complex issues quickly and assist in the formulation of relevant recommendations
- Knowledge of the wealth management business and National Bank Financial (an asset)
- Knowledge of Salesforce (an asset)
