.Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong scaffolding background to support a growing portfolio of projects. This role will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, developing competitive bids, and working closely with operations teams, project stakeholders, and clients to secure and successfully deliver projects

.

What You’ll Be Responsible

  • ForReviewing drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requiremen
  • ts.Conducting site visits to assess project scope, logistics, and site conditio
  • ns.Preparing detailed quantity take-offs for labour, materials, equipment, and transportati
  • on.Developing accurate and competitive quotations and tender submissio
  • ns.Pricing scaffold installations, shrink wrap systems, material hoists, garbage chutes, and related servic
  • es.Working closely with operations teams to ensure estimates align with project execution pla
  • ns.Identifying project risks, challenges, and opportunities during the estimating proce
  • ss.Building and maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and project stakeholde
  • rs.Managing multiple tenders and ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on schedu
  • le.Assisting with project handovers and monitoring estimate performance against actual project cos
  • ts.Supporting business development efforts and identifying opportunities for future wo

rk.
What We’re Looking

  • ForMinimum 3+ years of estimating experience within scaffolding or a related construction sec
  • tor.Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, construction methods, and site operati
  • ons.Experience pricing commercial, industrial, institutional, or residential construction proje
  • cts.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentat
  • ion.Strong understanding of labour, equipment, and material cost
  • ing.Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building ski
  • lls.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating softw
  • are.Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environm
