Your expertise in financial acumen is essential to this role.<br/><br/>As an integral part of the Sales Team, you will manage portfolio health and foster client relationships. This role requires over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, enabling you to analyze financial statements and conduct risk assessments. Work alongside the Sales Director to identify revenue opportunities and provide leadership through mentorship.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze credit applications and financial statements for risk
• Ensure underwriting aligns with ATBs lending policies
• Lead initiatives to enhance profitability in portfolios
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members
• Attend community networking events to build market intelligence<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in finance or real estate
• Business-related undergraduate degree required
• CFA accreditation or equivalent education preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions
