This position revolves around managing Learning Management Systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering insightful analytics on learning programs, available in a hybrid model.<br/><br/>Candidates must possess over six years of experience in LMS Administration, preferably with Workday Learning. Solid know-how in advanced analytics, Excel, and Power BI is essential. Applicants should also be equipped to create documentation while managing user roles, compliance reports, and security governance efficiently.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of LMS administration and reporting
• Utilize Power BI for reporting and data visualization
