We are looking for a full lifecycle Technical Recruiter to help us source and hire great talent!
You’ll use your customer service skills to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process and your interpersonal skills in fostering relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Essential Functions
- Manage job requisitions and ensure updated job descriptions are on file
- Review, identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit talented professionals
- Continuously source for great talent using applicable social media platforms as it pertains to the role
- Foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment compliance and best practices
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process; providing timely and clear updates to candidates and hiring managers
- Attend recruiting events to build our candidate pipeline
- Ensure background checks are initiated and completed prior to candidate’s start date
- Pull reporting metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations for process changes and improvements
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks, and deliver a root cause analysis before risks become roadblocks
- Subject matter expert in one or more areas of specialization (e.g. technical domain, role, level, hiring events, systems and tools, etc.)
- Design and implement experiments that solve complex sourcing and closing requirements.
- Communicate ideas effectively to a wide audience including Directors and VPs
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Knowledgeable of different recruiting compliance regulations throughout the U.S. and Canada; experience recruiting in countries outside of the USA/Canada is a plus
- Experience using an ATS – Lever strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive individual with great interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving ability to navigate through ambiguous scenarios
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and shift focus quickly for changing priorities
