As a Chief of Staff, you’ll lead GROWTH and some PRODUCT initiatives working closely with the CEO.

Our CEO is an ex Bain consultant + Head of Sales / Growth at 2 different YC startups before. He has scaled businesses from 0 to $1 billion in the past, and is looking to work with a Chief of Staff to do it again.

What is a Chief of Staff?

What this person does

  • Work directly with the cofounders to experiment, execute, and scale growth.
  • e.g.
  • Nerd out on how to sell freight in any market
  • Create content from winning sales playbooks (posts, newsletters, videos, podcasts, etc.)
  • Distribute content across different channels (linkedin, reddit, email, search, partnership, etc.)
  • Capture engaged audience into targeted funnel and convert into new sign-ups
  • Redesign our entire onboarding + product UX for easy conversion
  • Redesign and optimize our pricing and trial program for easy conversion
  • Tell us what other experiments to run to grow
  • And more

Depending on this person’s interest and skillset, actual job focus could lean closer to MARKETING or SALES or PRODUCT DESIGN.

We’re looking for someone…

  • Someone who SPIKES in growth & sales OR product design
  • Who likes to nerd out about cracking the formula behind sales playbooks
  • Who likes to write and is not shy to get his or her voice out there

  • Who is a generalist and can, WILL figure it out
  • Hands on and understand that execution is what gets it done
  • Based in US / Canada (with strong preference to those in person based in Montreal – mention this in your msg)
