The ideal candidate is driven by growth to create opportunities that supports and carries our vision forward of being leaders in building relationships that improve financial health, enrich peoples lives, and build healthier communities.<br/><br/>What are we looking for?<br/><br/>Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related discipline (e.g. Commerce and Business Administration) requiring 3-4 years of full time study or equivalent<br/><br/>7 years of progressive financial and lending experience with lending limits<br/><br/>3-5 years related experience<br/><br/>Preferably, a thorough understanding of credit union operations, principles and values.<br/><br/>Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:<br/><br/>Proven business acumen;<br/><br/>Advanced understanding of annual operations and strategically aligned programs and services;<br/><br/>Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions and resolutions;<br/><br/>Proven social networking skills and an ability to connect with individuals inside and outside the organization.<br/><br/>If you’re an approachable problem solver who embraces self-development and life-long learning, you’ll be a great fit with us.<br/><br/>What we offer you:<br/><br/>A comprehensive benefits package including MSP, dental, and extended healthcare<br/><br/>Ongoing support for education and career development<br/><br/>Career Band Range (Annual Salary) – $81,156.00 to $117,970.00
