About the Role
EAIGLE’s 2026 marketing strategy combines high-impact industry events with targeted digital programs designed to generate enterprise pipeline and strengthen our presence across the supply chain industry.
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to operate EAIGLE’s digital marketing engine.
In this role, you will manage EAIGLE’s digital channels, marketing automation systems, website updates, paid campaigns, and marketing analytics. You will also coordinate with external agencies responsible for website development, SEO, and content production.
You will serve as the operational owner of EAIGLE’s digital marketing infrastructure, ensuring campaigns, systems, and data work together to support pipeline growth.
You will play a key role in strengthening EAIGLE’s online presence and ensuring digital marketing initiatives consistently support pipeline growth.
You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Chief Commercial Officer, Sales, Business Development, and the Enterprise Marketing & Events Associate to ensure marketing engagement converts into qualified opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on digital execution, marketing operations, and using modern tools, including AI, to improve marketing productivity.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage EAIGLE’s presence across key digital channels, including , paid advertising platforms, and the company website, ensuring consistent visibility across the supply chain industry.
- Support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across and Google, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain and update EAIGLE’s website and campaign landing pages while coordinating with external partners responsible for major website development and SEO initiatives.
- Support SEO execution and monitor search performance using tools such as SEMrush, helping ensure EAIGLE maintains strong visibility across relevant search queries.
- Manage marketing automation and campaign execution in HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lead tracking, and marketing dashboards.
- Support the digital execution of EAIGLE’s webinar program in partnership with the Enterprise Marketing & Events Associate, including registration pages, invitation and reminder emails, event promotion, and post-webinar follow-up.
- Support digital promotion and follow-up for conferences, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance across channels, maintaining clear visibility into engagement and pipeline impact.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure digital initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Leverage AI tools and modern marketing workflows to improve research, analysis, and campaign execution.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
- Proven experience managing and Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, email campaigns, contact segmentation, and marketing dashboards
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, including tools such as SEMrush
- Experience managing and updating marketing websites and campaign landing pages
- Strong understanding of as a B2B marketing channel, including organic growth and paid amplification
- Experience coordinating with external marketing agencies or vendors
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing performance data
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously

- Experience working at a fast-growing technology company
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial technology industries
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity
- Experience supporting webinars or digital campaigns tied to conferences and events

Compensation
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 CAD
- Performance Bonus
- Hybrid role based in Toronto
