Lead community-focused healthcare innovation at Deep River and District Health as the Vice President of Community and Long-Term Care. Enhance service delivery across multiple sectors.<br/><br/>In this leadership role, you will be critical in shaping community services and long-term care initiatives. Reporting to the President & CEO, your extensive experience will guide operational excellence and strategic partnerships. You will foster inclusivity and support patient and staff experiences in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Direct long-term care and community service models
• Oversee quality assurance and risk management programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen healthcare systems
• Manage personnel and coordinate administrative functions
• Lead strategic planning and growth initiatives<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Minimum seven years in leadership roles in health services
• Deep understanding of Ontario’s healthcare landscape
• Masters degree in health or business preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
