In this role, you will dive into organizations already implementing EOS, identify improvement areas, and foster accountability through coaching. Your expertise in operational excellence and emotional intelligence will be pivotal in enhancing leadership performance and organizational health.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-quality L10 meetings that drive accountability
• Own and manage Scorecards, Rocks, and Accountability Charts
• Facilitate root issue discussions in IDS sessions
• Diagnose EOS weaknesses and implement solutions
• Mentor Visionaries and Integrators towards success<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Integrator in an EOS environment
• Deep understanding of EOS principles and execution
• Financial literacy to engage in P&L discussions
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
