Lead impactful healthcare transformation as the Director of Service Configuration and Productivity at Scarborough Health Network on an 18-month contract. Oversee initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.<br/><br/>Scarborough Health Network (SHN) seeks a Director for its Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) to manage the Service Configuration and Productivity workstream. This high-profile role requires strong collaboration with senior leaders to implement innovative healthcare solutions, including Virtual Hospital Strategy and Surgical Services Optimization. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor teams and present strategic progress to governance.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Service Configuration and Productivity workstream initiatives
• Develop and manage implementation plans for active initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional teams for effective execution
• Track financial targets with Core Finance collaboration
• Mentor Transformation Implementation leads within your workstream<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Health Administration or related field
• 7–10 years of healthcare management experience
• Proven project management skills in enterprise projects
• Clinical background preferred
