We are seeking an experienced<br/><br/>Salesforce focused ETL Developer<br/><br/>to design, build, and optimize data migration and integration pipelines between Salesforce and enterprise systems. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, scalable, and high quality data movement across platforms, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce data structures and APIs.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes with a strong focus on<br/><br/>Salesforce data integration and migration<br/><br/>Build and optimize<br/><br/>data pipelines between Salesforce and SQL Server environments<br/><br/>Analyze Salesforce objects, relationships, and metadata to develop effective migration and integration strategies<br/><br/>Develop ETL solutions from scratch or enhance existing integrations involving Salesforce<br/><br/>Extract and transform Salesforce data using<br/><br/>SOQL and API based integrations<br/><br/>Implement scheduling, orchestration, and automation of ETL workflows including Salesforce data loads<br/><br/>Translate complex business logic into efficient SQL and ETL processes aligned with Salesforce data models<br/><br/>Design, code, and debug ETL processes and participate in code reviews<br/><br/>Perform unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and downstream systems<br/><br/>Promote ETL solutions across environments using SSIS and deployment best practices<br/><br/>Document ETL processes, Salesforce data mappings, and transformation rules<br/><br/>Collaborate with architects, analysts, DBAs, and business stakeholders to resolve data and integration challenges<br/><br/>Provide regular status updates, estimates, and risk identification<br/><br/>Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for Salesforce data integration<br/><br/>Required Qualifications<br/><br/>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field<br/><br/>5 to 7 plus years of experience as an ETL Developer in data warehouse environments<br/><br/>Strong hands on experience with<br/><br/>Salesforce data integration and migration<br/><br/>Proficiency in<br/><br/>SOQL and Salesforce data structures including standard and custom objects<br/><br/>Experience working with Salesforce APIs, data extraction, and bulk data operations<br/><br/>Strong expertise in<br/><br/>SQL Server, T SQL, and stored procedures<br/><br/>Experience with<br/><br/>SSIS for ETL development and deployment<br/><br/>Solid understanding of data mapping and data transformation concepts<br/><br/>Experience optimizing and debugging SQL queries and stored procedures<br/><br/>Familiarity with<br/><br/>data migration between Salesforce and relational databases<br/><br/>Knowledge of PL SQL scripting is an asset<br/><br/>Experience working with MS Access and legacy data sources<br/><br/>Strong data analysis skills with attention to data quality and integrity<br/><br/>Preferred Skills<br/><br/>Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare or regulated data environments<br/><br/>Knowledge of Salesforce data governance, security, and best practices<br/><br/>Familiarity with middleware or integration platforms is an asset<br/><br/>Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable ETL processes<br/><br/>Soft Skills<br/><br/>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision<br/><br/>Strong problem solving and analytical thinking<br/><br/>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines<br/><br/>Effective communication with technical and non technical stakeholders<br/><br/>Benefits<br/><br/>Casual dress<br/><br/>Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
