We are in search of a motivated in‑house counsel with 3–5 years of experience. This position allows you to support diverse business activities, from corporate governance to compliance with aviation regulations. Youll work closely with various departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Draft and review commercial contracts for various stakeholders
Provide regulatory compliance advice on UAV operations
Assist in drafting board materials and securities filings
Develop and maintain legal templates and policies
Handle disputes and litigation management with external counsel
Requirements<br/><br/>LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited institution
Bar admission in Canada or the U.S.
3–5 years of legal practice, preferably in‑house
Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
Proven track record managing multiple deadlines
