Seek an impactful leadership role with Platform Calgary as the Events Team Leader. This position offers a chance to drive strategic event initiatives while prioritizing operational success.<br/><br/>As part of the Events Team, you will be instrumental in growing the events units profitability and executing high-quality events. Your role involves engaging with partners and clients, ensuring that every event aligns with strategic objectives. With a focus on continual improvement, you’ll lead the team toward optimizing event efficiency and client satisfaction.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality execution for client events
• Build collaborative relationships with corporate and community stakeholders
• Direct the strategy for major signature events
• Oversee P&L management and budgeting
• Develop and manage the events team and operational workflows<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Degree in hospitality, events, or similar field
• 8+ years leading an events team
• Proficient in relevant event management tools
• Excellent communication and public relations skills
