Contract Manager

We’re partnering with a leading low-rise residential builder to hire an experienced Contracts Manager to support procurement, tendering, contract negotiations, and subcontractor/vendor management across Ontario low-rise housing projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of residential construction contracts, budgeting, scopes of work, tender analysis, and vendor agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate subcontractor/vendor contracts and agreements

• Analyze tenders, compare bids, and secure competitive pricing

• Monitor budgets, pricing variances, and forecast updates

• Review scopes of work, architectural plans, and construction drawings

• Liaise with construction, land, customer service, marketing, and external trades

• Support contract conflict resolution, documentation, workflows, and invoicing

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of procurement/contracts experience, preferably in residential construction

• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code Part 9 and low-rise construction drawings
